FAQ

  • In order to allow time for us to assign rooms and organise transport, please RSVP by 30th January at the latest.

  • Friday- Whatever you like.

    Saturday- Upstage the Bride

    Sunday- No need for formalities but if you want to join in with the highland games, maybe not your finery

  • When you RSVP we'll ask you to let us know which events you can and can't make it to, along with any transport you'd like to make use of.

  • We're providing accommodation for everybody from Friday night until Monday morning across a few different locations.

  • Some transport will be provided between Glasgow Airport and Glenapp Castle/the hotels. If you are unable to make the times these are available for, we kindly ask that you make your own way there. More information on this can be found on the travel page.

  • We'll contact you the month before the wedding to let you know which hotel you'll be staying at and details for transport. 

  • Just let us know when you RSVP and we'll do our best to accomodate.

  • Glenapp Castle, Woodland Bay Hotel and North West Castle all have parking available if you are driving 

  • Just let us know when you RSVP!

  • Sadly we can't accommodate everybody's little ones on the day so please refer to who is named on your invite.

  • It's Scotland so who knows?! The temperature around that time of year is usually 10° to 17° during the day, some of out events will be taking place outside if the weather is dry so be sure to bring a coat!
